This game is fun. Like, REALLY fun. I finsihed it in a week I started it. Just extremely fascinating. I could honestly post like 3 hours of clips where I am just having an absolutely grandiose time with all the chaos.

Funi Raccoon Game is a 3D collectathon where you play as the titular Funi Raccoon. The game has a pretty good length (I have 20 hours on it). If I had to compare it to any other game, it would have to be Rabbids Go Home (which is better than every other Rayman and Rabbids game combined, BTW), mainly because of the van/shopping cart parallels. As in they control the same. And you pick up junk items in both games. Although they're not really comparable outside of the surface level. For example, in Rabbids Go Home, you can pick up an item multiple times and have it count towards your level progression. In Funi Raccoon game, you can only ever pick a thing up once, because your ultimate objective is completing the museum. The game's music is really groovy.

I'm really trying to think of things to say, but I can't. Not without spoiling the game. It's just fun. So much fun. It perfectly scratches that itch in my brain of "jank you can work with". Every aspect of the game is bright and colorful and playful. You can talk to items you steal. You can rescue cats. Everything is awesome.

My biggest issue with the game is jumping. Once you jump, you are always pushing towards wherever your stick last was. Like, if you go forward + jump, you will ALWAYS be going forward if you drop your stick neutral. You have to flick your stick backwards, but not enough, otherwise you might UNDERSHOOT your jump instead of overshooting it. It's actually extremely frustrating. But you do get used to it. You can buy a Pomni hat in this game.

Press G for a fun surprise <3

The endings do get kinda mecum-esque.
